Denver Shared Space Project Releases Report: An Investment Worth Making

Nonprofits see value in sharing space because of it's ability to facilitate delivery of better services in the community, increase collaboration and partnership, create affordability through rents and shared back office functions, and take advantage of current real estate market conditions, a new survey finds. Released by the Denver Shared Space Project, the report surveyed and talked with nearly 200 nonprofits and community experts to understand the benefits, challenges, and supports necessary in creating a successful multi-tenant nonprofit center.
